THESE ARE THE LATEST PHOTOS THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN PAINTED BUT STILL WORKING ON IT. THE BLOCK IT HAS AN ELEVATOR BUT I AM FIXING TO REDO IT, CAUSE I DIDNT LIKE THE ONE I HAVE NOW. DRAW WORKS HAVE BEEN PAINTED. THE DERRICK HAS BEEN PAINTED. THATS ALL I HAVE FOR NOW.

Only thing I can think about that your talking about are the draw works or the legs. As far as the draw works, I cut it out of board, when I look at pics from draw works from rigs, I draw up the specs then make a template then cut them out.
For the legs that holds the derrick, I used some square sticks that you can find in wal-mart or craft stores, I get these flat pieces of poplar wood 4 x2 x3 scants, i draw it into like a triangle shape and hammer it almost to the tip of the hole.
